The PX5000 model is equipped with an automatic magazine and a push-feed system for profiles up to 7,000 mm (9,000 mm optional), complete with a controlled-motion clamping system. This allows the feeder to return to its starting position after each cycle, allowing the loader to continuously and automatically prepare the next profile.
The central area of the machine houses two distinct operating modules: a milling module and a 5-axis cutting module. The 4-axis CNC milling module is equipped with 6 electrospindles, allowing for complex machining along the entire perimeter of the workpiece, regardless of its orientation. The 5-axis cutting module is equipped with a Ø 550 mm blade that can perform cuts at any angle. Using the 5 axes available, we can perform descending cuts and front cuts with a single blade, optimizing the work cycle and clearing the area below the machine, facilitating the fall of scrap.
The system is completed by an automatic extractor for transferring cut parts to the unloading magazine and a transverse belt magazine, capable of handling machined parts up to 4,000 mm in length (7,000 mm optionally). The entire central operating area is enclosed within a soundproof cabin, designed to ensure operator safety and reduce noise emissions in the work environment.
