DC 600 SKH is a full automatic double head mitre saw machine, designed for the straight or angular cutting operations of large size profiles made of PVC and aluminium, by means of double head sawing units equipped with Ø 600 mm saw blades.
CNC control system for precise angular adjustment, with the angle setting of the cutting heads and the position setting of the moving head ensured by servo control, and a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.2 mm. Tilting range inwards 45° and outwards 20°.
Windows based industrial PC and 15'' LCD touch screen colour monitor, with facility to transfer the cutting list at 'csv' formats via USB and network. Includes barcode printer & image print, profile height measuring system, automatic slicing feature at 90° or 45° with fixed head and arrow cut feature for mullion profiles.
Two-hand run safety operation, electric cylinder-controlled saw feeding, 2 x pneumatic profile supports and remote connection via internet providing technical support.
